    • Explain companies’ difficulties and allow self-resign
    • Provide help to staff to minimize negative hard feeling on both side
    • Provide reemployment chance if meet future career need if possible, to minimize reaction
  • Early leave arrangement
    • Mutual agreement made allow staff to leave early not following letter of employment or contract without compensation to other side no matter employer or employee if agreed
