- Direct termination should be the option only if without other choice for consideration
- Better to have special review or appraisal for staff under expectation
- Provide chance and deadline for improvement and supervisor help the staff to achieve
- Explain companies’ difficulties and allow self-resign
- Provide help to staff to minimize negative hard feeling on both side
- Provide reemployment chance if meet future career need if possible, to minimize reaction
- Early leave arrangement
- Mutual agreement made allow staff to leave early not following letter of employment or contract without compensation to other side no matter employer or employee if agreed
